Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Process

  • All orders are shipped free of charge via partnered courier services.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Return Conditions

  • The buyer may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Before initiating a return, the buyer must send an email to cansin.kizildemir@oplog.io to request approval.
  • Once the request is approved, the buyer will receive a unique authorization code via email.
  • The buyer must package the item properly and include a note with the order number and authorization code inside.
  • The item must be shipped in the name of the original buyer using the designated courier service.
  • Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions.
  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Important Return Guidelines

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, washed, or damaged.
  • Items with damaged original packaging, tape, or labels applied directly to the packaging will not be accepted.
  • All included accessories must be returned intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products such as socks cannot be returned.
  • If the item is not eligible for resale or does not meet return conditions, the return will be rejected.

Exchange Policy

  • Shop OPLOG does not offer product exchanges.
  • If there is an issue with a purchased product, the return process should be followed, and a new order should be placed for the desired item.
